is this a warrantee claim?

I reckon it is but thought I would get some opinions before I go to the expense of sending it back to wiggle. The wheels have a two year warrantee (Fulcrum racing 5's) and it broke on pretty much the last day of the warrantee. Anyway;

    it worked for me by copying and pasting into my browser (without the bits). Nasty. 2 year warranty should be honoured in my opinion provided it happened within the 2 year period.

    I got that by right clicking on the image on the URL you provided and then clicking on "Copy Image Location"

    For the image tag to work, it needs an image extension e.g. ".jpg"

    email wiggle and see what they say - email them the pic too - I find they respond quite quickly - I would say you have grounds for a replacement - but keep us updated on your progress wth this!

    I have emailed wiggle with the picture and they have asked me to send the wheel back to them for inspection. Now I would hope that having seen the photo they would have told me if there was no chance of getting this sorted under warrantee.

    Fingers crossed.

    RESOLVED :D

    Today my replacement wheel arrived in the post. In all fairness to wiggle they didn't cause any fuss or dispute the claim and kept me in the loop about what was happening (sent back to suppliers etc) but it has taken quite a long time. Still new wheel so thats good :D
